Clean, comfortable, very close to the parkway and The Island. A surprise supply of snacks when we arrived. Kitchen has all the basics to cook. Great place to stay for short getaway.

We loved this stay! It was one of my favorites in Tennessee. The hot tub was incredible and the vibes were great! I loved that they even had some snacks out for us. We would love to stay here again!

All the family were very impressed with 1006 Boardly Hills Boulevard. The kids had an awesome time using the game room which gave the adults more time to enjoy our time together.

Such a beautiful spot! Not too far from the main strip but still far enough from traffic! Peaceful and so beautiful! Loved the hot tub! The lights make it so beautiful at night! Also has tv in both rooms and games in the living room! So glad we got to stay here! 100% recommend staying here!

We loved staying here. We had some hiccups but David was always super helpful with communicating and providing solutions. The space was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect for bigger groups! If youre staying longer I would bring some stuff (detergent, spices, dish soap) since they only provide some basics and larger groups might go through it quickly

Great stay! Everything was super clean. David was very responsive and helpful with questions. The binder left on the table had plenty of suggestions of places to go, along with answers to questions we may of had. Super cute welcome boxes in the bathroom and kitchen. Place was very close to all attractions and easy to find. 10/10 would stay here again.

David's place was absolutely wonderful. Everything was as described in the listing and we could not have had a better place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. We stayed for 2 weeks and have actually booked for another 2 weeks next year! Since we were there 2 weeks, they proactively reached out and arranged a mid-stay trash pickup. The home was so comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed there for an enjoyable stay. Hot tub was a wonderful amenity to make use of as well! I think the fact that we've reserved another 2 weeks for next year says it all!

The house was spacious and accommodated our party very nicely. Check-in was easy and the hot tub was ready to go when we got there. We appreciated the game room and the nice deck. We grilled out one night and the grill and fire pit worked perfectly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this Airbnb for four weeks while I was working on a project at our business in Pigeon Forge. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. I felt right at home and can’t wait to go back!
