The mountains are calling you to discover the Hilltop Haven! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex apartment is stylishly decorated and is the perfect spot for your family to come get away from it all! This beautiful, newly built duplex includes completely private entrances for each apartment, so all areas mentioned will be just for you. The space accommodates 4 guests and is less than a mile from the Parkway, your local highway access to shopping and dining in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a cozy, open floor plan with plenty of natural light! The living room smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own personal favorite streaming subscriptions so you don’t miss your favorite show while you’re away from home! (No cable is provided) High speed wifi is available throughout the entire space as well. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to cook all your meals, from the simplest breakfast snacks, to more elaborate dinners. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. You'll also find all the cookware, utensils, flatware and dishes you need to prepare and enjoy a meal, start to finish. In addition to the major appliances, we’ve included the all-important kitchen basics for your convenience; toaster, coffee pot, K cup coffee maker and a tea kettle. Just off the kitchen is a quaint little dining area; a welcoming place to enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee as the sun light wakes up the room. Each of our bedrooms boast comfortable king-sized beds with top quality mattresses, pillows and linens to ensure you get a good night’s rest during your stay. We’ve got you “covered”! The main bathroom is stocked with bath linens. After a long, busy day out in the Great Smokies, we’ll have all you need to get cleaned up for a chill, laid back evening in. We also offer a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay...because who doesn’t like to go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes? Lastly, our outdoor patio makes a wonderful place to begin and end your day with your loved ones during the warmer seasons. There is a charcoal grill easily accessible from the kitchen (charcoal is not provided). The hot tub beckons you to hop in and ease those aching muscles before going to bed. The hot tub is not shared with other guests, but is solely for your use. An outdoor eating area is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. At Hilltop Haven, we take your guest experience seriously. There is a high standard of cleaning including emptying, cleaning, and refilling the hot tub after every guest stay.
